Adding a template in Google Apps.

You can add a template in Google Docs.
1. Create your document signed into Google Docs, title it and save it.
2. Go Create new and choose From template. Make sure you have the Arlington Heights School District 25 Templates tab selected.
3. On the right select Submit a template. In the next window click on Choose from your Google Docs. Click on the name of your template and choose Select.
4. Add a description and select a category. Then choose Submit template.
5. Your template will show up in Arlington Heights School District 25 Templates and in My Templates.

You can remove the template from the Gallery in My Templates. If you delete the template document from your Google Docs Items you will need to select to either choose a new owner for the document or trash the document for everyone.
